Sheryl Burgstahler

Hi. I'm Sheryl Burgstahler. I direct DO-IT at the University of Washington. For thirteen years I have traveled to Camp Courage to work with teenagers who are preparing to go to college and on to exciting careers. The temperature and humidity may be a bit high and the mosquitoes threatening, but we always have a great time. It is especially enjoyable for me to invite previous campers back to share their new adventures in college, employment, technology, and independent living. This year, Anthony Arnold, a camper from the 90's who now works full time at Prentke Romick and lives in his own apartment, was our guest. He always has new technology to show us.
