Peter Milgrom, D.D.S., is Professor of Dental Public Health Sciences and Director of the Northwest/Alaska Center to Reduce Oral Health Disparities. He is also Director of the Dental Fears Research Clinic. His research interests include the effects of xylitol on dental caries, and the behavioral and pharmacological management of fearful and phobic dental patients. He conducts research related to access to care for children from low income families.
