Portfolio
This portfolio allows you to set sequential goals on route to the overall goal of decreasing your reliance on potentially biased information on medications.
Goal setting has five steps:
- Determine an overall goals
- Break that goal down into measurable portions.
- Create a plan of how you will complete that goal and a time line for doing so.
- Figure out how you will know if you have reached that goals and a time line for reflection and reassessment to examine your achievements.
- Incorporate scheduled times for reflection and future goal setting.
To access an online portfolio, you need to have a current NetID from the University of Washington. You can also access portfolio material at reflections blog (wordpress). Your responses will be available online. Store your responses on your own files source to create a compilations of only your reflections, in order to review changes in your opinions over time and to submit them for Continuing Education Credits.
