Assignment 1

Assignment 2

Final project

My piece, entitled What Goes Around Comes Around, is a very simple animation consisting of geometric figures and cutout photos of things. It does, however, convey a larger message. Life and death are a main theme in this animation, and although it may only deal with the death of a flower, there is still much truth and meaning in this message. The flower dies, and the girl is very sad, but once spring comes again, this discarded flower springs back to life, making something just as beautiful as what it was in the first place. Through this life and death of the flower it is shown that something comes from everything, and there is nothing that truly ever dies. Through this very simple animation, and very simple message, something much greater can be learned.
