The ECC staff is comprised of a dedicated team of UW staff and students who work hard to provide the best customer service. Individuals looking for employment opportunities will have the chance to develop their problem solving skills and become familiar with a broad range of students and communities on campus.

You will also be able to develop organizational, managerial, and communication skills by interacting with students, staff, and faculty, and the general public in a multicultural and leadership driven environment.
