STEPS
This
is an introductory program into student leadership.
The focus of this program is to begin students
of color’s exploration into
their own leadership potential. It will expose participants to various
leadership concepts and develop and enhance various leadership skills.
In addition, various avenues of leadership opportunities will be
presented to participants to get them started
involved on campus.
Including
orientation, Sessions will be held once a week
for one full quarter. The program will be offered
Fall and Winter quarters. Afterward, follow-up
and participation is on a volunteer basis. For
