Leaders In Transition
This is a transition leadership program which will focus on preparing juniors and seniors for their transition into the professional field. LIT is a year long program consisting of monthly workshops and alumni mentoring. Some workshops include : Backpack or Briefcase, Networking 101, Involvement to Paycheck: Transitioning from Active Involvement to post college, The Glass Ceiling, Resumes and Interviews, Finding Direction: Navigating the Job Market. Some topics include: Facilitation: Discussions and Effective -Meetingsm Team Building, Member Retention, Conflict Management, Budget Proposals and Funding, Marketing and Publicity and Effective Communication Skills.
