ECC @ Condon Hall
The Ethnic Cultural Center is now temporarily located on the 7th floor of Condon Hall while our new ECC building is being constructed at its original site. Upon completion of construction in late 2012, the ECC will move back to its new building at the 3931 Brooklyn AVE site.

**Please note: The ECC closes at 5:00 PM the day before a holiday or holiday weekend. (If a University holiday falls on a Monday, the ECC will close at 5:00 PM the previous Friday.) The ECC is also closed on Saturdays preceding or following a holiday (If a University holiday falls on a Friday or Monday, we will be closed that weekend).

- 1 Walk-in only Conference space: 721 (No advance reservations are taken for this space, it is available for walk-ins only)
- Open lounge area
- 13-person computer lab
- Storage space for 18 student organizations (in 4 storage rooms)
Available Audiovisual Equipment in Conference spaces (installed equipment):
All installed equipment is available for use for meetings, events and reservations. Please check in at the front desk before using equipment to receive remote control(s) and/or keys to equipment.

* Please note: we do not have laptops available for use or checkout. We do not have MAC adapters available for use or checkout. If you have a MAC and need to connect to our projector, please bring your own adapter.

For Registered Student Organizations (RSOs):
Meeting times in Condon: Affiliated RSOs will have one 2-hour weekly meeting space in Condon Hall. Please refer to the Condon Hall Schedule for current meeting times. If you are an RSO who would like to have a weekly meeting space scheduled, please email eccres@uw.edu. To schedule additional meeting times, please email eccres@uw.edu.
RSO Storage Space in Condon Hall:
Student Organizations who affiliate with the ECC will have the option of having a small storage area in a shared storage space. These storage areas are not guaranteed and may not be available; please contact Erin, the ECC’s Operations and Facilities Coordinator, if you are interested in storage space.
For organizations who had an office at the old ECC building and sent some office items to long-term storage, these items will not be accessible until the ECC moves into our new space in 2012.
There are two possibilities for storage: 1) space in Condon Hall will be available for things you use throughout the academic year; 2) There will be storage available off-site, but anything you wish to store there will not be accessible until we move into the new building.
