Meeting Times
Student organizations that are affiliated with the ECC have the option of scheduling a weekly meeting time in the ECC for your organization. This is a regularly scheduled meeting time on the same day and time every week, for the duration of the academic year, on any day the ECC is open (some dates may not be available due to office closures due to holidays, ECC events or other extenuating circumstances).
Affiliated RSO’s must reapply for meeting space every year and will be allocated according to the priority list explained below. You can see the current RSO weekly meeting schedule here: CONDON HALL RSO MEETING SCHEDULE.
Please use this Weekly Meeting Request Form to request your meeting space for the current academic year.
Note: If your group does NOT yet have a weekly meeting time, please fill out the “Meeting Time and Storage Space Request Form” above, with your meeting time preferences, and we will assign a meeting space for you if there is a space available.
Note: If your group DOES have a weekly meeting time, but you would like to change the day or time of your meeting time, please use the form above.
Additional information about meeting times:
Each affiliated RSO will have one 2-hour meeting time per week. Additional scheduled time may be scheduled on an availability-only basis, and one group may have no more than 4 regularly scheduled hours per week (if available).
If your group is interested in a meeting time on a Saturday or earlier in the day, please contact Cicero Delfin, Program Coordinator for Theatre & Operations.
The priority for weekly meeting space is as follows:
- First Priority: Groups who were affiliated last year and had a meeting space who would like to keep their existing space.
- Second Priority: Groups who were affiliated last year and had a meeting space who would like to change their meeting time/day.
- Third Priority: Newly affiliated groups or groups who did not have a meeting time in the previous year. These groups will be allotted a space once the other groups have been assigned their meeting spaces.
