Here is the timeline of events for ECC RSO affiliation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuesday, September 2nd &#8211; ECC RSO Affiliation Interest Form goes live at 9:00 AM<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monday, September 22nd &#8211; ECC Staff will start reviewing and processing affiliation requests<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monday, October 27th &#8211; ECC RSO Affiliation Interest Form will close at 9:00 AM. No submissions or requests will be accepted past this date\/time<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Friday, October 31st &#8211; ECC RSO Affiliation Process concludes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">**Please note that the ECC RSO affiliation process only occurs during the fall quarter. All ECC affiliated interested RSOs must be approved and affiliated with SAO prior to completing the ECC Affiliation process.\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">While completing the registration application process you will see an opt in question \u201cIs your RSO interested in re-affiliating, or newly affiliating, with the Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center?\u201d<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If proceeding with affiliating your RSO click \u201cYes\u201d then click the link to the \u201cKelly ECC Affiliation Interest Form\u201d<br \/>\nFollow the steps to complete SAO&#8217;s affiliation process by visiting the following links:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">General Information: <a href=\"https:\/\/hub.washington.edu\/get-involved\/sao\/rso-registration\/\">https:\/\/hub.washington.edu\/get-involved\/sao\/rso-registration\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Email contact for any questions: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:saoreg@uw.edu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">saoreg@uw.edu<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While in the process of being affiliated with SAO, RSOs may complete the ECC affiliation process at the same time. Once you complete as much as you can for affiliation with SAO, you may then start the ECC RSO affiliation process<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Does filling out the interest form guarantee affiliation status with the ECC? <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. Filling and submitting an interest form does NOT guarantee your RSO to be affiliated with the Kelly ECC. Follow the steps above to complete your affiliation process. A confirmation email is sent to all RSOs who complete the affiliation process. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When does affiliation close?\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Affiliation closes on October 31st\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When will I hear back about my RSO\u2019s affiliation status?\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approvals are sent within 2 weeks of form submission.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Can I affiliate winter quarter or spring quarter?\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, we only accept affiliation requests during autumn registration season.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When does my Kelly ECC Affiliation end or expire?\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the following years fall registration\/affiliation. If we have not received your affiliation form and approved RSO registration from SAO we unfortunately remove affiliation benefits.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Can my ECC affiliation status change during the academic year?<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes.
