Dropping a Preparing for College Writing Course

To drop a Preparing for College Writing Course, send an email message to that effect to: uweoreg@extn.washington.edu

Be sure to include your name, student number, and the course you are dropping.

Refund Policies:

Before August 1
You will be charged the $100 enrollment fee. The remaining course fee will be refunded.

Between August 1st and August 28th
If you drop a writing course between August 1st and August 28th, you will receive a 50% refund on your course fee (excepting the $100 enrollment fee).

After the first week of classes (August 29th to September 18th)
Dropping your course after the first week of class (after August 28th) will result in a permanent withdrawal (W) on your academic transcript and forfeiture of the $1045.00 course fee.

No course drops will be allowed after the program ends on September 18th.
