The Department of Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences maintains a library collection reflecting the multidisciplinary and dynamic nature of current research interests and course offerings within the department. The collection consists of cataloged materials including: toxicology and occupational health and safety reference works and standards, CDs, monographs, technical reports, student theses, NIOSH, WHO and other government documents and over 100 journal and newsletter titles. See the online tour for more about the EH library collection.
Most of the library collection is available for circulation, part of which is searchable on the online catalog. The library's two computer workstations provide access to the UW Libraries' catalog and many databases, including PubMed, TOXNET, Web of Science and other online resources. Off-campus access to these databases is restricted to UW students, staff and faculty.
