Region 10 EPA Library

The Region 10 Library, located at 1200 6th Avenue (between Seneca and University Streets) is staffed by Garcia Consulting, Inc. (contractors to the U.S. EPA). The Library, operated primarily for EPA staff, is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.

PLEASE NOTE: All visitors to the EPA, including Library users, must check in at the 14th floor Service Center. The Library phone number is (206) 553-1289.

All library materials are available for use in the Library but there is no public copier available. Region 10 residents (within Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington) may check out EPA technical reports (up to 5 at a time) for a 2 week loan period.

Access to the "Online Library System" (OLS), EPA's computerized library network catalog, is available via modem at (206) 553-0383. Internet access to OLS is available @ EPAIBM.RTPNC.EPA.GOV. Please contact the library reference desk for additional information about the OLS.

Region 10 Library collections include: EPA technical reports, including Region 10 reports, Superfund and RCRA policy directives, Superfund Records of Decision, selected environmental regional documents, periodicals, books, and federal and state laws and regulations.
