Field
Trip Directions
Field
trips occur during the normal lab time from 2:30-4:20PM. You need to get there
on your own. Try and carpool or enjoy the bus/bike/walk. Everyone should try
to be their best to be at the site by 2:30PM.
The
section of
Car/Motorcycle/Scooter:
From
UW head east on NE 45th Street past University Village to the big
5 way intersection with Mary Gates Drive
(the road to CUH) on your right
and the Tullys and Kinkos on your left. Proceed forward through the intersection.
The road will curve north and become Sandpoint Way NE. When you get to the lighted
intersection of NE 65th Street and Sandpoint Way NE turn right (east)
onto NE 65th Street. Proceed past the derelict buildings on your
left and the USGS/Fisheries buildings on your right down to the intersection
where there are two parking areas ahead of you, one on the left and another
on the right. Park in the big one on the right.
Hopefully youll see us there.
