2) You can hand deliver it to the University of Washington,

If you are not yet admitted to the University of Washington, your
application
must include UNOFFICIAL transcripts from all colleges attended. If you
are a UW
student, your unofficial UW transcript is sufficient. Unofficial
transcripts can

the Bachelor of Science program in Environmental Health, students learn
to identify, prevent, and control environmental factors that can damage
human health. The program is flexible, giving you grounding in
environmental health sciences and an emphasis in one of four interest
areas: biological sciences, physical sciences, medical professions, or
