Steve Harper is one major sports fan, but that doesn’t
get in the way of his work. Steve is a part-time Applications Specialist
- Intranet Developer for Edmonds
Community College in Seattle, WA. Steve develops web pages for content
supplied by others. He also checks existing web pages for accessibility
according to the requirements of the Americans
with Disabilities Act. Here is a video clip of Steve working on

In addition, Steve is involved in education at the University
of Washington. He has worked as a guest lecturer for classes in
Augmentative and Alternative Communication for many years. He has also
been a volunteer mentor of other students with disabilities through
the DO-IT
Program.
Steve graduated from Shoreline
Community College in 1997 with an Associates of Arts degree. Watch
