A woman who uses a wheelchair is at a drug store. There is an employee waiting on her.

Narrator: "Sharon has known the pharmacist ever since she moved into the
neighborhood. He is a very good friend."

Pharmacist: "You have any money?"

Sharon [using her voice]: "yeah"

Pharmacist: "O.K."

Narrator: "But when he jokes with her, Sharon is ready with a reply."

Pharmacist: "O.K."

Sharon (synthesized voice): "You always need money!"

Pharmacist: You bet. Too bad. That's the way it is. It's the American way."
