We are excited to be offering a TESOL internship teaching English in León, Spain. It is open to graduate students and advanced undergraduates (with senior status at the time the program begins) who have a desire to gain experience teaching English as a foreign language. Students must have excellent English and a strong interest in language teaching.
Students will teach conversational English to local Spanish-speakers at the University of León’s Modern Language Center, while living in a delightful city with a rich history dating back to the first century BCE. Professor
Sandra Silberstein will lead the accompanying seminar, designed to support interns’ teaching through instruction in language pedagogy.
This is an Exploration seminar. Application deadline is March
