General Submission Guidelines and Information

Please review the following information carefully:

Authors may submit any number of papers, but MUST submit a separate form for each abstract. No one may present more than one poster presentoral presentation at any PSRC Annual Meeting, although an individual may be an author of more than one paper presented. If multiple papers by the same author are accepted, the first author will be contacted to make his/her selection of the appropriate alternate presenter. The paper may be presented by one of the co-authors. If no alternate presenter is available, the paper will be replaced on the program.

If your paper is accepted for presentation, you will be required to pay registration fees to attend the meeting. Papers which are accepted must be presented in the order and at the time assigned by the program committee. There will be no allowance for changes in time, and papers not presented as announced in the program book will be withdrawn from the program.

Please be sure to follow the instructions on the submission form carefully and supply all information requested. Upon successful submission of an abstract, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, your submission was not successful.

The Plastic Surgery Research Council will accept for presentation only previously unreported, unpublished works. Although similar abstracts may be submitted for presentation at other meetings, if an investigational work is accepted and planned to be presented at another national or international plastic surgery-related meeting held in North America prior to this Plastic Surgery Research Council Meeting (June 2 - 5, 2001), I agree to withdraw it from the scientific program of the Plastic Surgery Research Council.
