UW Occupational & Environmental Medicine Training alumni are leaders in the field who influence public policy to improve occupational and environmental health. Graduates of the UW OEM Training Program go on to practice in a diverse range of settings:

  • Occupational medicine clinics, treating injured and ill workers
  • Academic medical centers, applying the results of cutting-edge environmental and occupational health research to patient populations, teaching trainees, and serving the community
  • Governmental and community public health settings, performing environmental and occupational health risk assessment and prevention for large populations

Alumni who have gone through the clinical, academic, and government/public health tracks have completed these requirements. See list of some of our graduates and their employers.
