Human Health and the Environment

Our environment includes the air we breathe; the water we drink, cook with, and bathe in; the ground we play on and grow our food in; and the homes, buildings, and towns we work and live in. "Environmental health" refers to healthy people who live in a healthy environment. (NIEHS definition)
