Dr. David Blask is a prominent researcher in the study of circadian disruption. A lab scientist, Dr. Blask has conducted many of the innovative studies with experimental animals that provide compelling evidence for a biological basis for the epidemiologic findings of an association between night shift work or exposure to light-at-night and breast cancer.
SEMINAR “Lighting Up the Night, Broken Timekeeping and Consequences for Human Breast Cancer Growth, Signal Transduction and Metabolism.” Dr. Blask’s seminar will be held on Friday, November 6, at 1:30 PM in D1-084 (Thomas Building-Sze East) at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. This room is located on the ground floor straight back from the main entrance to the building.
