Research Interests
Dr. Ballard is Manager of Health Statistics and Assessment at Snohomish Health District in Everett, Washington. She coordinates, organizes, and evaluates the capacity and activities related to health assessment of the Health District. Provides epidemiological consultation for projects, surveys, and analysis of data. Develops, plans, and leads collaborative efforts with various sectors of the community to attain goals. Publishes a variety of reports and a quarterly newsletter. Oversees issuance of certified birth and death certificates.
