Research Interests

Dr. Cohen's current work focuses on research in food and nutrition to inform program planning and policy. She leads a program in food and nutrition at Battelle's Center for Public Health Research and Evaluation. Dr. Cohen is currently involved in a national study of maternity care practices related to infant feeding and a study of food additives. Dr. Cohen's research interests include maternal and child nutrition, food quality and safety, and developing metrics to measure scientific, health, and clinical impacts of research and programs.
