Research Interests
Research encompasses a wide range of quantitative methods applied to
research in infectious diseases. The research includes novel designs
for evaluating vaccines in the field, dynamic mathematical models, both
stochastic
and deterministic, for understanding
interventions in infectious diseases, and genomic approaches to
understanding the immune system and response to pathogens. Use of
Bayesian, likelihood and nonparametric statistical methods for
inference.
