Recycling at the University of Washington
Recycling in the Department of Epidemiology
- There are several recycling stations in the Department: Bins can be found in the F-261hallway and in the student computer lab. These are emptied on a regular basis!
- Paper with confidential information should be shredded. The paper shredder is located in F-261 hallway.
We encourage people to print on the back of non confidential documents when possible.
Recycle bins for bottles and cans can be found in the Epi Kitchen.
There is a plastic container by the workstation, near the xerox copy machine for electronic media recycling. This includes CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, cassettes, VHS tapes and batteries.
Toner cartridges can be given to Melanie in the Adm Epi Office for recycling.
