| January 18-31: review recommendations and applications, referring to the qualifications of the trainer/health education advocate role; schedule and have interviews with the qualified applicants and the project coordinator; make decision (in collaboration with project coordinator) to hire two qualified applicants for the trainer/advocate positions | ||||||

| February 1-14: finalize decisions to hire trainers/advocates; record name, social security number, and address of each trainer/advocate and share this information with the project coordinator who will arrange paying stipends; arrange a mutually convenient lab location and schedule for teaching the curriculum to the trainers/advocates; arrange stipend payments (if required) for lab use | ||||||
| February 14 - March 17: teach the curriculum to the trainers/advocates; complete the evaluation and feedback; help the trainers plan their own community training and health information service | ||||||
