Summer Exploration Seminars: Exceptions to the rules
The following Exploration Seminars are considered SUMMER and not EARLY FALL programs:
There are several important differences between these and other Exploration Seminars because they are offered during summer quarter, and not early fall. Please read the following carefully if you are planning on or considering participating in one of these programs.
- CREDITS: These programs will offer SIX summer quarter credits. Most Exploration Seminars offer five fall credits. You will not be able to apply these credits to your fall quarter credit total.
- PAYMENT: Because these programs take place in summer, your program fees will be charged on an accelerated schedule.
- Non-refundable deposit due: upon contract receipt
- $500 program payment due: upon contract receipt
- Remainder of program fee due: July 6, 2008 (with summer tuition)
- FINANCIAL AID: Financial aid-eligible participants in these programs will be eligible for SUMMER financial aid. For more information please contact the UW Financial Aid office as early as possible to find out what this means for you.
