FASD Lane; a place for adults with
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS), Fetal Alcohol Effects (FAE), or any of the
disorders defined as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). A
diagnosis is not required to be part of this group, just a reasonable
suspicion that symptoms may be caused by prenatal exposure to alcohol.

offers clinical diagnostic services in the NE region of Minnesota and a
regional training program for both multidisciplinary teams and community
members working with children and adults affected by alcohol brain damage.
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
Assistance and Training; a charitable, non-profit organization
dedicated to developing efficient and effective community responses for
children with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome/Effects (FAS) in partnership with
professionals and parents throughout southern Ontario, Canada. They also
have some excellent resources for anyone interested in learning more about
FAS.

Syndrome and Drug Exposure Clinic; directed by Claire Coles, the Fetal
Alcohol Syndrome and Drug Exposure Clinic at the Marcus Institute provides
support to children and their families, working together to achieve the
best outcome for each child.
FASlink; an active free
international ListServe (email-based discussion forum) for individuals,
families and professionals who deal with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders
issues. FASlink provides support and information 24/7 through its
worldwide members. Bruce Ritchie is the moderator of FASlink, as well as
keeper of the web-based FASlink Archives, which contains more than 80,000
letters and articles.
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Community Resource Center; an American whose
son has FAS designed this site and keeps it updated. It has a wide
variety of resources, including a section called "FAS Stars", featuring
people who were prenatally exposed to alcohol.
Fetal

Treatment; Dr. Larry Burd's website. Dr. Burd is the Director of the
North Dakota Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Center and the Director of the Division of
Developmental Epidemiology for the School of Medicine in the Departments
of Neuroscience and Pediatrics.

individuals from all over the world who strive to build FAS awareness, one
ripple at a time. Their website provides many resources.

The National Association for Child Development; Ogden, Utah

congressionally mandated task force charged with advising all governmental
agencies, academic bodies, and community groups that conduct or support
fetal alcohol syndrome and fetal alcohol effect research, programs, and
surveillance, and meeting the general needs of populations actually or
potentially impacted by fetal alcohol syndrome and fetal alcohol effect.

is to help children with special needs receive the resources, love, hope,

Their website is designed to provide caregivers and professionals with a
deeper understanding of social communication problems exhibited by school
age children, and ways to assess these problems. At the same time, the
site gathers field data for University researchers regarding diagnosis and
