Adult Neuropsychological Assessment Services

Started by Paul Connor, former Clinical Director at the Fetal
Alcohol and
Drug Unit, this service provides Neuropsychological Assessments for
traumatic brain injury (TBI), memory impairment, stroke, dementia,
cognitive deficits, learning disabilities, attention deficits, and Fetal
Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). And offer adults (17 & over) a
comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation designed to assess cognitive
function, mental health status, and adaptive behavior. Evaluations combine
a clinical interview, neuropsychological testing, and a review of previous

The Fetal Alcohol and Drug Unit is a research unit dedicated to the
prevention, intervention and treatment of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and
Fetal Alcohol Effects (FAE). Our main goals are to conduct research on
fetal alcohol and drug effects across the life span, to disseminate
information on fetal alcohol and drug effects, to provide consultation for
persons of any age thought to be affected by prenatal exposure to alcohol,
and to provide training in human behavioral teratology.

Washington State Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Interagency Work Group
(FASIAWG)

The FASIAWG represents a diverse spectrum of programs designed for
individuals with FASD and their families. This network of educational,
research, and clinical services responds to the legislative mandate to
ensure coordination of identification, prevention, and intervention
programs for children who have FASD and for women at high risk of having
children with FASD.
