Seattle, WA: The University of Washington Department of Family Medicine seeks a .5 FTE to full-time physician faculty member at the assistant, associate, or full professor level to direct a new medical school program aimed at increasing the number of students entering careers serving the urban and rural underserved (TRUST – Targeted Rural and UnderServed Track). Principal responsibilities will be to develop and direct TRUST, beginning with special pathways for admissions in the WWAMI states (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho), progressing through pre-clinical and clinical medical school education, and culminating in residency training in a relevant primary care or other specialty.
