Course Requirements: Effective Patient Centered Care

Effective patient-centered care translates the art of medicine into defined and learnable skills. These skills include exploring the patient's needs and beliefs and the physician’s response to the patient. Through a series of articles, online activities and clinical applications, you will be introduced to the concepts of patient-centered care (PCC), mindfulness and clinical judgment.
