The Family Medicine online Assignment Tracker was designed to help you and your preceptors track and maximize your clerkship experience.

1. You are required to update the online form at the end of each week of the clerkship (including week six).

2. Bring a printed copy of the online form to your Mid- and End of clerkship meetings with the site coordinator or primary preceptor.

3. Use the Assignment Tracker to view your final grade form (please allow 4-6 weeks to process).

Weekly updates to the Assignment Tracker are a clerkship requirement. Your final grade may be lowered if the assignment tracker is not updated regularly throughout the clerkship.
