The purpose of the reviews is to provide you with summative feedback on your performance in the clerkship. Reviews are held with your primary preceptor or the site coordinator. These meetings are a clerkship requirement.
Your Mid Clerkship Review should be held during the first third of the clerkship. You should bring a copy of your Assignment Tracker to the meeting to review any incomplete requirements and develop a plan for meeting those requirements in the remaining four weeks.
Your End of Clerkship Review should be done in week six of the clerkship. Again, you should bring a copy of your Assignment Tracker with you to the meeting to review your successful completion of the clerkship requirements. Any missing requirements will result in a make-up assignment to be determined by the Seattle clerkship office.
In both review meetings, your preceptor or coordinator will share feedback about your performance in the clerkship. Feedback may include things you did well and things that you should focus on during your next rotation.
