On the last day of your clerkship you will receive an email asking you to evaluate your Family Medicine Clerkship experience. Your responses are confidential and will not be shared with your site coordinators until after your grade has been received. Please also keep in mind that your grade will not be given to you (if/when requested) until you have submitted your site and faculty evaluations.
