Upon completion of the Family Medicine Clerkship, students can view their final evaluation form online. Although some evaluations take longer than others to process, our goal is to have final evaluations posted four weeks after the end of a rotation. Once your final grade has been assigned by our department, you will receive an email notification and a link to view your final grade. Please note that because you will be able to view and print your final evaluations online, we will not be mailing hard copies.
