Enrolling in the Course

Students may sign up for one, two or three quarters. To sign up, students must fill out the pre-course survey below. Students should receive an add-code within three working days of their survey being submitted.

The Preceptor Matching Process

Students are matched with preceptors on a first come first served basis using the answers provided on the pre-course survey. Preceptor availability, student transportation, student participation in pathway programs, and practice characteristics are factors that may affect the outcome of the matching process.
