Family Medicine Sub-Internship (8 cr)

Developed in response to student interest, the Family Medicine Sub-Internship is available to qualified 4th year medical students. The Family Medicine Sub-I has a prescribed curriculum, comparable to that of a Medicine Sub-I. Students can expect to participate on an inpatient family medicine team with an advanced degree of independence and responsibility in preparation for their R-1 year. Rotations take place at one of the WWAMI regional affiliated Family Medicine Residency Network programs.
