The UP Mentorship is a key element of the Underserved Pathway student experience. The mentorship provides students opportunities to learn from an experienced role model who can field questions, discuss residency and career plans, and support students in their education, focusing on their commitment to the underserved. Students and mentors talk (in person, phone, email) at least once per quarter for the duration of his or her time in the Pathway. Always feel free to contact us if we can answer questions or provide support.
