We will post their contact information (with their permission) as they establish clinics across the country. Please note these clinics are independent of the Washington State FAS Diagnostic & Prevention Network. Clinical teams trained to use the 4-Digit Diagnostic Code are located in Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas, and Washington.
