We will post their contact information (with their permission) as they establish clinics across the country. Please note these clinics are independent of the Washington State FAS Diagnostic & Prevention Network of clinics. Please note the list of clinics below is not a comprehensive list of ALL clinics. It represents clinics we are aware of. We invite interdisciplinary FASD diagnostic clinics using the FASD 4-Digit Code to post their contract information on this website, to facilitate families nationwide seeking FASD diagnostic services. |
