FERET: Downloads 

Below is a zipped file that is an exact replica of what is on the existing CD in the book Improving Regulation or the various copies that have been distributed. This version of FERET and the download work only on Windows PC computers. At this time we do not support Mac, Linux, or Unix. If you have trouble, please send an e-mail to feret@u.washington.edu. Please also be aware that this first file is extremely large-175MB.

FERET v1.0
Exact duplicate of the CD. Contains templates, documentation, EPA cost model, and supplemental guidance.

FERET Basic
A smaller version, 2.7MB, containing the basic templates and our documentation. Does not contain the Decisioneering Crystal Ball or Adobe Acrobat installer.
