How to download or view a Microsoft Word or PowerPoint slide, presentation, or report:

After reading these directions, go back to the page you are interested in and find the link to the document you would like to view or download. It will either be in a chart of filename links or it will be labeled "download or view the original slide show/report" near the top of the page you are interested in.

If you simply want to view the file, and you have the appropriate program installed on your computer (MS Word or PowerPoint), just click on the link with the left button.

If you would like to download the file to view later, place the cursor on top of the link and press the right button on your mouse. Select "Save Target As...", and choose where you want the file to be saved.
