Over 7500 new UW students receive the UW Planner every year, and thousands more go to current students, family members, and others in the UW community. Now on sale at the University Bookstore.
This year's selection, Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance, will be distributed to approximately 5,500 new students this summer as part of their introduction to campus. Upon arrival at the University, students can find opportunities to engage in the themes and ideas of the book through classes, discussion, events, and activities.
The entire campus comes together to provide new opportunities for interaction, community-building, and fun.
Husky Adventures are one-day excursions intended to give new students a chance to meet others and get to know a professor in an informal off-campus setting.
