  1. January 30th—Orientation Leader application deadline
  2. January 30th through February 7th—Review of applications
  3. February 8th—Selection of group interview candidates
  4. February 13th through February 20th—Group interviews
  5. February 21st—Selection of individual interview candidates
  6. February 25th through March 5th—Individual interviews
  7. March 6th—Selection of 2008 Orientation Leader staff
