Alan G. Fantel, PhD
Professor of Pediatrics T: 206.616.9278 My lab has two main interests. Research is focused on the role of free radical formation and toxicity in the genesis of limb reduction anomalies. Currently, we are studying the involvement of nitric oxide and its metabolites in these malformations in mice. The laboratory is also the major NIH-funded facility for the collection and distribution of human conceptal tissue to grant-funded institutions. |
