Geography Calendaring System

Once your UW Google Apps account is established, all Geography staff and faculty will notice our self-bookable conference rooms (409, Starlight Room, etc.) in the sidebar
under “Other calendars”. If you do not see these shared calendars in your sidebar you can go to this page and subscribe to any of the available rooms you’d like access to. We
have 15 calendars available for viewing.

Geography Google Calendar ID’s

These calendars have been shared out with appropriate access rights where applicable (ie., see and make changes) for staff and faculty to make their own reservations for
these rooms and equipment. You’ll be able to see and manage your calendar(s) from anywhere including handheld devices etc. If you need assistance in using the Google calendar please be sure to ask someone who already knows how to use Google calendars and/or send email to geoghelp@uw.edu.
