For 2009-10, Geography undergraduate advising will be handled by Academic Services Director Rick Roth and Geography graduate student Patricia (Tish) Lopez. Tish is a first year Geography PhD student, and was also a UW undergrad, majoring in CHID and minoring in Geography. She earned her MA in Geography in June, 2009, and is especially interested in " how economic and political discourses shape local and global visions of health and health care." She came into her interest in the geographies of health and health care through her work with the 2000 Census and in the health care field over the past seven years.

Rick has been a Geography undergraduate advisor since 1987.
