Bridging the Borders & Building Ties Between Aging & Cultural Diversity Los Angeles, CA - October 25, 2006 All accredited social work programs are required to address issues of diversity, yet few programs examine ageism and age differences when teaching diversity. Ironically, ageism is the one "ism" that all of us experience.
