Biography
Dr. Chait was educated at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He’s an endocrinologist with expertise in lipids and diabetes, and his lab studies the links among obesity, inflammation, insulin resistance and atherosclerosis. Dr. Chait is also the co-director of the UW Nutrition Obesity Research Center.
