Biography
Dr. Gross received a Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. His field of expertise is bone biology — more specifically, the exploration of how bone cells sense and respond to mechanical stimuli. Dr. Gross is the director of the Orthopaedics Science Laboratories, a multi-faculty, multi-disciplinary group that utilizes techniques ranging from molecular biology to mathematical modeling of bone-cell communication to pursue their work.
